Most recent reads: Books 1-4 (out of 20) of the Aubrey/Maturin series by Patrick O'Brian (Master and Commander, Post Captain, H.M.S. Surprise, and The Mauritius Command) - there is a surprising element of romance in these novels - albeit of the 'Pride and Prejudice' variety.

Currently reading: 'The Jennifer Morgue' by Charles Stross - If Ian Flemming and H.P. Lovecraft had a literary child it would be Charles Stross.

Recently acquired books for imminent reading: Inside Cyber Warfare: Mapping the Underworld, Hacking: The Next Generation (Animal Guide), Calculating Credibility: How Military Leaders Assess Military Threats, and War and the Engineers: The Primacy of Politics Over Technology.
