The Book Smugglers
They've been mentioned on my site so many times, you must think I have stock in The Book Smugglers. However, they do very in depth and interesting reviews daily, and they have added to my TBR pile astronomically.
What Kate's Reading
No, this isn't me - but she's super cool so I understand your confusion. A personal reviewer site, Kate makes me giggle endlessly with her "Unbuttoned Yet Tucked In" series, which features reviews of books chosen by their cover alone - the more ludicrous, the better.

If you ever want an instructional course on the day-to-day life of someone trying to get into this business, read her diary's archives. Plus she has links to publishing houses and agents. This site was invaluable to me when I was trying to figure everything out, and still is.
